We believe God is calling an army together to be mobilized, resourced, trained and commissioned as champions  and groups of prayer for felt needs and the lost people in the domains of cities, both great and small.

Every student, every year. Using debates, special events, websites and one-on-one evangelism, we seek to win students to Christ, disciple them and send them to share the gospel. As well, we encourage students in their faith through Bible studies, discipleship groups and international projects.

2000 for 500: Asking God to draw students to faith.

Thank you for praying for us and students across Canada during the month of September. We have had a wonderful start to the year. We would like to remind you of the second week in our 2000 for 500 focus, which is scheduled for Oct 1-5. The numbers reflect our goal to recruit 2000 people to pray for 500 new believers at the Canadian universities.

Already this year, we have seen 30 people accept Christ, including Mélissa, who gave her life to the Lord by visiting our website at U. Laval during the first week of school! We are obviously praying for a greater harvest and look forward to the response as we continue to faithfully share the Gospel on campus this year. Please continue to intercede for us.

CAMPUS JANUARY 2008 GOD STORIES UPDATE:

Dear Breakthrough Prayer Ministry: Thank you for joining us in prayer last semester! As we have prayed, we have seen God respond. We have seen 169 indicated decisions across Canada, plus an additional 130 students come to faith through our Korean campus ministry, Agape Impact (we had not originally included the Agape impact numbers in our goal, but, as they are part of our ministry, we will be including them in our total for this year).

We have heard reports from Quebec that there seems to be a greater openness as our staff and students share their faith there, and several Quebecois have come to faith. Additionally, we have heard of

4 Muslims coming to faith across Canada during this past 4 months.

Intercultural Network

JESUS Film Project
